Decoration of an Ukrainian Police Chief 26 April 2009 Budapest, Hungary

On the 26th April 2009 (Sunday) at 16.00 the President of IBSSA – Prof. George POPPER had a meeting with some high-ranking police officers of Ukraine in the presence of Dr. István FODROS – Chairman of IBSSA Diplomatic Department, and of a leading IPA representative. 

On this occasion Colonel Sergii BLOKHIN – Chief of the Crime Department of Kiev Police was decorated with the IBSSA Medal of Merit – Gold. Our congratulations go to him!
