Report on the 49th International Conference of INEOA

At this year (2008), International Narcotic Enforcement Officers Association’s (INEOA) 49th International Congress was organized in sunny Orlando, Florida (USA). The number of people, - from all around the world – represented the largest numbers of participants (28 Countries, 186 Professionals), comparing to the last several years of this popular annual event of the Association.

This lucky, special group of people had the chance to listen, learn and experience for hours and days, from some of the most famous, - professionally, nationally and Internationally recognized Instructors, like;

On the event, - IBSSA was represented by five (5) individuals,
Prof. George Popper (International President of IBSSA),
Dr. Anna Popper (Chairman of Event Management and Protocol Department of IBSSA)
Dr. Miklós Varga (CEO of IBSSA-USA),
Mr. Tamás Török (Secretary General of IBSSA-USA) and last but not least

Mr. Attila Kutas (Member of IBSSA).

The spotlight of the event was, when Prof. George Popper received the highest International Recognition by INEOA, the „International Award of Honour”. Presently, Prof. Popper is among the first individuals in Europe, who has this high recognition from INEOA.
