2nd International Conference on Counter-Terrorism

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

The “Center for Counter-Terrorism and World Peace” (CCTWP) planning to organize the 2nd International Conference on Counter-Terrorism, “Modern Terrorism – Global Threat” between 27 – 29 May 2008 in Belgrade, at the Congressional Center “Sava”.

According to the cooperation between IBSSA and CCTWP hereby we kindly invite all members of IBSSA to attend this event in order to improve our joint battle against common evil – Terrorism.

Conference Goals and Objectives are:
  • Clear and distinct definition of present and future threats
  • Identify the relationships among the jihad groups with emphasis on the role of the South-eastern European criminal and terrorist elements
  • The role of NATO, UN and other international European investigative and Insurgency efforts
  • Critical Infrastructure Vulnerability Case Studies
- Current and Potential Economic and Security impacts of incidents locally, regionally and world-wide
- Threats to the Business and Industry

The “Center for Counter-Terrorism and World Peace” will cooperate with all the people and institutions of good will, whose aim and task is the protection of the right to living of individuals and Nations, without violence and projected crimes, which in the name of political, national and religious motives spread violence and crime over people and states.
