and IBA Award Ceremony

The International Budo Academy (IBA) and the PRO-DEO State University organised an award ceremony on the 4th May 2007 in Budapest at the new European Budo Centre – the BUTOKUGAN directed by Shihan Attila MISKOLCZI.

On this special occasion Prof. George POPPER – President of IBSSA, Executive President of IBA, Prof. Rony KLUGER – Rector of IBA and Dr. Ferenc TÓTH – President of the Central-European Crime Prevention Institute and Academy awarded the following personalities with Honorary Doctoral Degrees:

Mr. Tamás TÓTHPÁL HISTORICAL RESEARCH – History of Knightly Orders
Mr. Franz ULRICH METAPHYSICAL SCIENCES – Holistic Science
Mr. István SUTKA METAPHYSICAL SCIENCES – Religious upbringing of mentally retarded and handicapped children
