Prof. Kluger welcomed the participants. The forum of Master Teachers made it clear that the department's continuous effort is to upgrade constantly the level of content and the level of teaching in IBSSA's main annual training course the "SEC-tember".

We created a three years program for our members:

• 2007 - SEC-tember will deal with the Security officers work within a building
• 2008 - SEC-tember will deal with all obstacles of outside the object
• 2009 - SEC-tember will deal with the complex of inside outside mass event.

The idea is to build up and upgrade the professional profile of the Security Personal.During the meeting we agreed and decided that all qualifications / examinations will run in front of the full Master Teachers Team of the training course. This system was successfully introduced in this 5th SEC-tember training.

The Department decided that from the next year we will run a double course of SEC-tember, the first one from Saturday to Tuesday for NEW CANDIDATES (first time participating in SEC-tember) and from Tuesday to Saturday for the SENIORS, for the "SEC-tember experienced" Candidates.This system will allow us to build up a more professional educational system for all IBSSA Members.The Department decided also to enable our Seniors, the SEC-tember experienced Candidates to test for official IBSSA International Professional Qualification. The department will publish the system of criteria for the international qualification.

By the end of the course Prof. Kluger concluded with gratitude to his colleague Dr. Varga and to all other Master Teachers for their excellent professional performance and high level team work, which resulted a great, high level professional course.
