On the occasion of the 5th European Championships of WKC, Prof. George POPPER was invited to attend the event as honorary guest.30 federations from 17 countries took part at this high level championship, which was also honoured by the Deputy-minister of the Slovakian government and also the Mayor of Bratislava during the Opening Ceremony.

Prof. George Popper - President of IBSSA had numerous meetings and discussions with the following officials of IBSSA:

• Dr. Vladimir VYSKOC - Country Representative of IBSSA for Slovakia
• Sir Marko NICOVIC - President of WKC and 1st Vice President of IBSSA
• Dr. Fritz WENDLAND - Founding President of WKC and Honorary Founding member of IBSSA
• Dr. Ilio SEMINO - Chairman of Bank Security Department of IBSSA, Investigation expert.

During the meetings Dr. Semino affirmed again, that he intends to take part in the work of IBSSA actively, as also Regional Representative of IBSSA.Numerous Slovakian, Russian and Ukrainian people and persons from other countries planned to join IBSSA.
