Visit to the National University of Public Service

On 12 February 2025, at the invitation of Prof. Dr. Béla Blaskó, Police Major General, and Dr. Sándor Kovács, Police Colonel, Prof. George Popper – President of the International Bodyguard and Security Services Association (IBSSA), along with Attila Dani – Senior Presidential Advisor of IBSSA, paid an official professional visit to the National University of Public Service (NKE) at the Ludovika Campus.



The delegation was welcomed by Prof. Dr. Gábor Kovács, Police Major General, Dean of the Faculty of Law Enforcement (RTK). During the discussions, an agreement was reached for IBSSA to hold a lecture series for the university's students. These lectures will present the organization's outstanding activities in the field of security, as well as the professional knowledge and international experience accumulated over the past 30 years since its foundation. IBSSA considers this invitation a great honour and is pleased to share its professional expertise and practical experiences with the students of the National University of Public Service.



During the visit, the guests received a comprehensive overview of the organizational structure and operation of the university. Accompanied by Dr. Sándor Kovács, Police Colonel, they toured the university's educational and lecture halls, dormitories, shooting ranges, swimming pool, sports halls, equestrian facilities, as well as the outdoor obstacle and training courses. The delegation members expressed their appreciation for the high-quality infrastructure of the Ludovika Campus and the modern educational environment provided by the institution.
